(2022-100) Architect services, framework agreement.

The contest is for a framework agreement for architect services for municipal service buildings. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the contract. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically the contracting authority procured architect services for NOK 6,000,000, interior architect services for NOK 1,000,000, and landscape architect services for NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT for work in the municipalities in 2020. The contracting authority does not have a joint procurement system specified within the various framework agreements for recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. Maximum value including any options and expected price increases: NOK 55 million excluding VAT. See the procurement documents for further information.
