Oslobygg KF would like to procure a turnkey contractor to renovate and upgrade the nursery Sophies Hage in Carl Berner in Oslo. The nursery's current address is Trondheimsveien 132. In addition to upgrading the nursery, the building is to be equipped to house, amongst other things, city district functions for the Grünerløkka district. As well as the renovation of the building, the outside areas are also to be equipped for play areas for the nursery. The project will be implemented as an emission-free construction site.
