The schools in Oslo need a framework agreement that covers our need for removal services. The framework agreement will cover all types of removal services. The scope will vary a lot from year to year, depending on construction projects. Based on historical figures, the scope of removal services will be NOK 10 - NOK 20 million a year. The removal services will have very different scopes. In addition to minor assignments in schools, UDA administers a major removal project for construction projects in schools in Oslo. The removal projects can include everything from normal classrooms and workplaces to woodwork rooms, pianos, organs, and large machines, storage containers, etc. The removal project in the schools in Oslo has a complex nature, i.e., the agency must have the capacity to handle large removal services under great time pressure, as well as a large amount of flexibility. There can be several simultaneous major removal processes in the same period. This problem often occurs in the summer holiday and other school holidays during the year.
