Painter and floor layer services, framework agreement

The contest concerns a framework agreement for painter and floor layer services and materials thereof. The tenderer must provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement must meet the municipality´s need for such services and material, for ongoing operation and maintenance work in the contract period. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has bought painter and floor layer services and materials for approx. NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT per year for the last 3 years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
