The purpose of the procurement is to award a contract for site supervision services and health and security coordinator services.

The premises are located at Grönningen 11, København. They are owned by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Finland. Overall size of the premises under renovation is approx. 1 560 m2. The service provider will provide site supervision and assist with on-site project management services. The scope of the services has been described in detail in the procurement documents.
