Procurement of service concession contracts for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) for Lillestrøm Municipality, Enebakk Municipality, and Aurskog-Høland Municipality (option). Lillestrøm Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a service concession contract for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA). The aim of the procurement is to enter into a service concession contract for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) with several tenderers, so that persons with a long term and great need for personal assistance in accordance with the Health and Care Services Act receive such services through organised user-controlled personal assistance.
