Haugesund municipality shall construct 'Haugesund kulturbad' ('Haugesund Cultural bating facility). The facility shall contain a cultural school and bathing facilities. Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue regarding the project which will be executed as a partnering contract. Following the contracting phase, a partnering phase shall be executed between the contractor and the contracting authority.
