Procurement of an IT Competence Team for Road Users and Vehicles, and Digital Systems

The aim of the contract is to establish cooperation with a tenderer that will support the contracting authority in the management and further development of systems for road users and vehicles and digital systems, with the correct competence and with the agreed capacity. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (the contracting authority) will use this contract to have access to several IT competence teams with flexible capacity that will assist product development of the systems for road users and vehicles and digital systems, (the contracting authority's self-service systems, internet, and intranet), as well as access to predictable capacity and competence.
