Purpose of the procurement Innherred Innkjøp wants to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer for the delivery of flowers. The objective of the procurement is to enter into framework agreement that covers the municipalities' need for plants/bouquets and flower arrangements. The objective of the call for tender is to ensure the contracting authority access to flowers of high quality at the right price.
