Asker municipality, c/o the Unit for Procurements and Finance, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of copying and printing services, as well as naturally related goods and services, for Asker municipality's businesses.
The contest is limited to companies where the majority of the involved employees are handicapped and the nature or extent of their handicaps imply that the employees cannot work on ordinary terms. C.f. the Public Procurement Regulations section 16-9.
