The contest concerns framework agreements for contractor, joinery and carpentry services and materials thereof. The tenderer must provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the contracting authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement must meet the municipality's need for such services and material, for ongoing operation and maintenance work in the contract period. The contracting authority's buildings total approx. 30 000 m The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain as the services have historically been carried out in-house. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information.
