Framework Agreement for General IT Assistance

Statens vegvesen (the Norwegian Public Roads Administration), wants to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services in General IT assistance. The contract will cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contract can also be used if extra capacity is needed. The requested competence must be delivered as competence assignments, and it will be decided for each individual call-off whether the assignment is to be delivered as assistance in accordance with SSA-B, or as an assignment in accordance with SSA-O. The specialist area of General IT assistance is divided into the following specialist areas: • system development and programming services; • project management, and other project support services; • IT Architecture services; • testing and test management; • system management services; • publishing and content services; • other general IT services*.
