Ålesund Municipality invites tenderers to a contest for the project 'Partnering Contract Emblem School' in Ålesund. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract with a turnkey contractor and its contract partners for engineering design, construction and test operation of the new primary school and the accompanying outdoor areas. The school must have all the primary school functions. The current primary school must be demolished.
A partnering contract has been chosen as the execution model for the project, which means that the project's character and execution can be changed during the project. A new primary school is to be constructed for two parallel classes. The turnkey contractor is scheduled to be contracted in autumn 2020, with an immediate commencement of interaction. The project is planned to be completed and the trial operation period is planned for 2022.
