Telecommunication Contract for Fixed and Mobile Voice and Data Related Communication

Politiets Fellestjenester (PFT) [the Norwegian Police Shared Service], hereafter called the contracting authority, will sign a contract for the procurement of a telecommunication contract for fixed and mobile voice and data related communication, with one primary supplier and one secondary supplier. A more detailed indication of who the contract applies to, hereunder who is considered the client in accordance with the contract, follows Annex 1 to the contract. The client's socially critical assignments entail high demands in regard to quality and availability, both in daily use and in crisis and emergency preparedness. The client wants to facilitate a larger part of the police tasks being safeguarded and carried out from mobile units, which set high requirements concerning coverage, capacity and uptime.
