Purchase of New Suburban Commuter Trains

The purpose of this procurement is to purchase new Trainsets and appurtenant goods and services, primarily for use in a suburban commuter train service, but also for other operational use if needed. Norske tog AS (NT) intends to procure 30 Trainsets in a primary delivery, to be used in a inner suburban commuter train service primarily in the Oslo-region. NT aims towards complete delivery of the primary delivery within 2024. Further, the contract shall give Norske tog AS the right to purchase up to 170 additional Trainsets as options.
