Kort beskrivning
During 2020/2021 the Norwegian Police is planning a tender contest for the procurement of a solution for complete tender and contract management (CTM). A survey related to this procurement shall be implemented for gathering information on how the market can comply with the Norwegian Police's requirements.
The Norwegian Police is requesting brief summaries of system proposals based on the information given in chapter 3. This is not to be considered as an invitation to tender, but it will form the basis for the future work with the tender documentation. We ask that the message function in the complete tender and contract management solution (CTM) is used when submitting information. Furthermore, it is recommended that all documents submitted via the CTM are as short as possible with explanatory names.
