The Dynamic Purchasing System must cover the client's need for: • purchase of meeting room equipment; • purchase of interrogation room equipment; • purchase of AV equipment for operation centres; • purchase of associated services, including: installation/assembly, consultancy, testing, service and maintenance. Further details of which needs must be covered are located in the document Rules for procurement point 1.2. Further details about who the contract applies to, hereunder who is considered to be the client in accordance with the contract, is in the Rules for procurement point 1.1.
