The objective of the procurement is to get a process based and user-friendly deviation system that ensures that Bufetat captures, follows up and learns from deviations.
Bufetat must have a system to uncover and process deviations and improvement proposals, as well as for the analysis of data and thereby implement measures, both immediate measures and long-term measures to prevent repetition. The system must include a review of the effect of the implemented measures.
