The framework agreement is for consultancy and advisory services within engineering, geotechnics and environment professions for the Norwegian Coastal Administration's development projects. Call-offs on this contract will be for consultancy services, engineering design assignments and inspection assignments. The scope of the framework agreement is dependent on which projects are prioritised in the National Transport Plan (NTP) and the Norwegian Coastal Administration’s action plan. Financially, the contract is estimated to be between 15 000 000-20 000 000 NOK per annum. This amount is, however, not binding for the Norwegian Coastal Administration.
