System for Data Acquisition and Questionnaires

The contest is for a contract for the delivery of a system for data acquisition and questionnaires for the Norwegian Institute of Occupational Health (STAMI). The contracting authority envisages a stratified system where the infrastructure is locally installed, whilst the question module can be cloud based. The system must be ready for operation on 1.6.2020. Tenderers must coordinate any sub-suppliers themselves, so that a tender is submitted for a complete system. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
