The contract shall be an adequate service agreement including: systematic condition inspections, service, maintenance and repairs, re-opening and closing of plants and components, expansion and alterations for the current plant. There may be alterations for plants that are included in the condition control, including new plants to the service agreement during the service agreement.
The Contracting Authority wants an option for accredited inspections included in the contract. However, this is not an absolute requirement.
