The National Institute for Health and Welfare of Finland (hereinafter referred to as THL) is a governmental expert agency in the health and social welfare fields working under the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health of Finland. The purpose of this Call for tenders is to conclude a contract with a travel agency capable of providing travel and conference services under Nordic Council of Ministers’ (NCM) Programme of Nordic-Russian Cooperation on Antimicorbial Resistance (AMR) Containment, where THL is the administrator pursuant to the agreement concluded between THL and the Nordic Council of Ministers. Travel and conference services procured will take place on St. Petersburg, Karelia Republic, Pskov Region, Murmansk Region, Arkhangelsk Region. Other possible destinations are Smolensk and Moscow. The partners of the NCM Programme of Nordic-Russian Cooperation on AMR Containment are St. Petersburg, Karelia Republic, Pskov Region, Murmansk Region, and Arkhangelsk Region. From the Nordic side: Finland (THL Institute), Sweden (Public Health Agency of Sweden) and Denmark (Statens Serum Institut). Also, individual experts from Russia (Moscow and Smolensk) and Nordic Countries (Finland, Norway, Denmark) are recruited for short-term assignments.
