This is a Request for Information, RFI.
The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) is considering the requirement for a system/software for administering the social media. Information from the market is therefore requested in order for us to study systems/software that are available, as well as information on various aspects of the systems/software in the market.
This prior information notice (RFI) shall enable the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (G.S.S.O) to, later, implement a call for tenders for the administration of social media for the Office of the Prime Minister and the joint ministries.
Note that this RFI process is not to be seen as a part of the impending procurement process and it is neither directly regulated in the procurement rules. Final decisions and choices regarding the procurement and the procurement process have not been made at the present time. The responses to this RFI are non-binding for the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation and suppliers.
