Skedsmo municipality, c/o the Procurement Department, shall establish the new Akershus Art Centre with an accompanying urban park. The project will be a part of the Cultural Quarter in Lillestrøm that is important for the municipality’s urban development. The main concept is to introduce a compact building of 1 580 m
