Kort beskrivning
Through the project “BOTT Case and Records Management”, a solution platform that facilitates standardization and improvement of work processes within higher education will be procured.
The project responds to the Ministry of Education's digitalization strategy for the university and university college sector, which requires that the institutions find joint solutions.
Additionally, the procurement will include services related to integration, training, data conversion and maintenance.
The project is run under the collaboration of the universities in Bergen, Oslo, Trondheim and Tromsø (BOTT). The procurement will also include the other universities and colleges under the Ministry of Education and Research.
It is envisaged contract with one vendor that will have the main responsibility for the entire delivery, possible with subcontractors.
A long-term strategic collaboration with the chosen vendor is planned.
