The current contracts regarding express boat routes includes 18 routes. I.e. express boat services from Bergen to Sogn and Nordfjord (contract period: 01.05.12-30.04.22). The plan is to publish a tender competition 20.11.2019 in accordance with the preliminary schedule. The contract could be divided into lots. The Contracting Authority wants to carry out dialogues with companies with knowledge of express boat services, such as vessels, propulsion, the environment, laws and regulations, universal design, etc. Instead of the planned dialogue conference, the contracting wants to conduct one-on-one meetings with relevant providers/sub-providers. The meetings are expected to be conducted in the period 26.02.19-18.03.19. Companies that can provide us with useful knowledge must send an e-mail to
batanbod@sfj.no with a request for dialogue meetings. Please suggest the preferred date. If the scheduled dates are inappropriate, meetings can be held after the Easter and up until the summer. The meetings can be held via on-line media/Skype. It may be relevant for the tenderers to visit us in Førde, or we can visit the service providers at their premises.
