Due to renovation works for the current buildings, large parts of NHH's activities shall be relocated from the main building in Helleveien 30 to the Meriono building in Breiviksveien 40. The renovation works are expected to last for two years. When the renovation works are concluded, most of the movables must be moved back to the newly renovated premises. This is an option to the contract.
