The Norwegian Parliament shall replace one of its most important core systems, the 'Electronic Parliamentary Follow-Up System (EPOS)'. The EPOS case management system is used in the preparation of cases that are dealt with by the Norwegian Parliament.
The project´s name is NPOS, New Parliamentary Follow-Up System. NPOS will be the hub in electronic support for parliamentary case management and the accompanying work processes, both political and administrative in the Norwegian Parliament. The new NPOS has a number of integrations with other systems.
The project will run for 3 years and has a cost limit of 50 000 000 NOK. The project is expected to be concluded in Q4, 2019. The project shall be staffed with both internal and external resources. When the NPOS project ends, the project will have built a solid and flexible IT platform and a new system. The new system will have improved functionality that will simplify the users´ work assignments and it will have a more modern user interface.
