Anbudsfristen har passerat.
Construction work shall be procured for the construction of new sheltered accommodation flats in Sund municipality. The work concerns new construction of 20 sheltered accommodation flats with associated common functions, distributed over two, two-floor housing wings with intermediate common building with lounge room and kitchen, in addition to a basement with mechanical room and storage room space. The building area is approx. 2 100 m². The building shall also be connected to Sundheimen with a glass walkway.
Expected construction time is approx. 18 months. Expected start up of the works is 30.4.2018.
The work shall be carried out near another development (Sundheimen nursing home and psychiatry housing) and the contractor must take this into consideration in regard to planning, operation, safety, noise, environment etc.
