Ålesundregionens Havnevesen shall enter into a framework agreement for a waste scheme for ship waste. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract that will take care of and process the waste scheme imposed on the port authorities in accordance with the ‘MARPOL convention 73/78 on the prevention of pollution from ships’, as well as Directive 2000/59/EF, amended by directive 2002/84/EF, on reception schemes for waste and load remains from ships.
