Vinmonopolet AS (The Norwegian Wine and Spirits Monopoly) wishes to establish a co-operating agreement with an advertising agency that can provide advertising services and campaigns (towards youth). The contracting authority requests a joint venture partner that can offer creative effort and ideas, project management, manage printing, strategy, production of printed matter etc. to all relevant channels. The contracting authority is requesting advertising agencies with specific competence and experience in youth campaigns and shops as channels of communication.
The joint venture partner must possess good knowledge and understanding of the Norwegian alcohol policy and Vinmonopolet's role as an important conveyor of alcohol policy. Special emphasis shall be put on the comprehension of Vinmonopolet's ability to balance a social responsibility with being Norway's leading chain of specialized retail shops/stores.
