Trondheim Renholdsverk AS (TRV) and Fosen Renovasjon IKS (FR IKS) are out in the market with a desire to increase our competence on the current market. Because of our central and early position in future resource flows, our contribution to achieving circularity is critical. We are already in a dialogue process to look ar our ability for ground-breaking co-creation/interaction with 225,000 inhabitants and up to 400 municipal nurseries, schools, and nursing homes, which in practice can result in a reduction in waste and increased use of the resources we have. As a further link and in an assessment of an option in the current contract, we would like a non-binding market dialogue to involve the link that takes our residual waste fraction for further processing and treatment. In this way we, as a contracting authority, will understand the market better and will increase our ordering competence.
