Emptying Sludge and Flushing, Framework Agreement.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for emptying and transport from separate sewage facilities, street sand traps and pump sumps/sewage pipes in Vestby Municipality. Assignments connected to inspections, registrations and cleaning will be included as part of the contract. Vestby Municipality is open to letting tenderers offer mobile dewatering. It must be clearly stated under award Criteria 3.2 if this technology is offered as the only technology, or in combination with conventional emtpying technology. If the Contracting Authority receives a tender where mobile dewatering, or a combination of mobile dewatering and the conventional method is offered, it will be emphasised positively when seen against a purely conventional method, based on the award criteria. The contract value is estimated to be 8 500 000 NOK, excluding VAT, for the entire contract period. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non-binding. The Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with 1 (one) tenderer.
