The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation shall by 2019, enter into a Framework Agreement on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces. The Framework Agreements that shall be entered into with the supplier market concerns groundsheets with cell foam, and inflatable groundsheets.
