The procurement will be carried out via ex ante transparency notice. The multi-array instrument must have: Kit and technology: — Electrochemical luminescence (ECL) detection technology. — Broad dynamic area — 3-4 logs. — High sensitivity — Recommended in the area of 1pg/ml (LLOD). — Low sample volume — 25ul in both individual and multiplex formats (samples). — High matrix tolerance — allows exact quantifying of regular complex samples/formats (serum, plasma, tissue lysates, CSF, BAL, sputum, etc.). — Internally validated kit for long-term stability. Instrument: — Only an instrument that allows the detection of plate-based Electrochemical luminescence (ECL). — Non-fluid system — no samples get into the instrument, no cleaning and calibration required. — Short reading time — maximum 100 seconds for a full 96 well multiplex plate. — Free downloadable software for data analysis. Plate-based Electrochemical luminescence (ECL) is the proprietor for Mesoscale (MSD) and it is the only company that produces and sells instruments and reagents for this technology. It is, however, an open platform, which enables customers to develop their own analyses on the unprepared well plates. This is based on Meso Scale discovery being the only supplier that, due to technical reasons, can deliver in accordance with the requirements. The intention notice is pursuant to the public procurement regulations § 21-5. The terms in FOA § 13-4 (2) and 13-1 (5) are deemed to be fulfilled as well as the value of the full service contract for the instrument´s lifetime and consumables. Service contracts.
