Dear Sir/Madam,

SEB* has initiated tender (hereinafter Tender) to look for supplier for delivering cash handling services to SEB in Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). Services include:
· ATM cash handling and maintenance (safe opening service, cash jam/cards removal),
· Vault services,
· Cash handling services for SEB branches

General information about this sourcing project and first step documents please find in section “Files”.

Notes:
· Future proposal could be submitted for service delivery in all Baltic countries all together or for service delivery in one country or several countries.
· If the supplier is represented in more than one country being in the scope of this cash handling tender (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and it is willing to submit proposal for provision of cash handling service in more than one country, one proposal is highly expected from this supplier.

As detailed information about this Tender is treated as very confidential, SEB would like to indicate that if your company is interested to participate in this Tender and receive more detailed information about this Tender (appendixes to RFP), you are asked to go through the following steps:

STEP 1: Submit following documents signed by authorized representative of the company:
· Confidentiality Undertaking;
· Declaration of good reputation;
· Code of Business conduct;
· Provide documentation which is incorporated to ensure compliance to AML/CFT law and regulation (policy and procedures/instructions);
· Official statement that no criminal records exist for your company;
· Provide all valid licenses for provision of services;
· Please provide evidence that your company has / will have enough capability (secure equipment, staff, vaults, insurance, etc.) to provide Cash Handling service (standard market practice) for specific number of SEB ATMs and SEB branches (at least for single Baltic country SEB is represented in; numbers for ATMs and branches please find in SEB home pages (SEB banka: http://www.seb.lv, SEB Bankas: https://www.seb.lt, SEB Pank: http://www.seb.ee) starting from January, 2019.
 
Scanned versions of the documents please send via Mercell (please use section “Communication”); 
Document packages should be uploaded in Mercell no later than 15th of May 2018.

STEP 2: SEB will assess conformity of your Company to SEB specific requirements based on the information you’ve provided and will decide about your company’s participation in this Tender.

STEP 3: Detailed information (appendixes to RFP) will be given (via Mercell, as separate project/Tender) only to companies which have passed the above mentioned steps and comply with SEB’s requirements.
