Nord shall enter into a framework agreement for printing services. Nord has an in-house print shop which covers the major parts of our requirements for printing services. In order to cover requirements that exceeds our printing capacity the contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a provider who can provide services that our in-house print shop cannot provide in regards to capacity and machinery.
