ICT solution for the implementation of the digital written exam for private candidates.

The objective of the procurement is to facilitate for continued implementation of the ICT based written exam for private candidates in Oslo.

There is a need to further infrastructure in the exam premises in order to be able to implement the ICT based exam. The private candidates bring their own computers that they can use to produce the answers to the exam paper.

Oslo kommune Utdanningsetaten [the Education Agency] c/o the Privatistkontoret [the Private Candidate Office] has a need to be able to offer wireless internet for administration of candidates in the premises, network for candidates so that allowed digital internet resources in Oslo can be used and so that it is possible to submit answers digitally in the Education Agency’s submission tool PGSA. There is a particular need to control the data traffic at the exam premises.

There is a need for a scanner solution that can handle large quantities of paper answers, that generate automatic files with specified file names that the Private Candidate Office delivers on behalf of the candidates in PGSA.
