Alta kommune with multiple municipalities shall enter into an agreement with a tenderer for the delivery of a platform for welfare technology. Attached is the steering document which describes how one considers such a process, and what services one envisages the platform can deliver as well as goals etc. NB: It is still not clear which of the municipalities will be part of the procurement process.
