Oppegård municipality, henceforth referred as the contracting authority, invites to an open tender contest for a turnkey contract for Edvard Griegs vei sheltered accommodations.
Oppegård municipality shall construct a building containing sheltered accommodations and service functions, a day activity centre and a base for home care services. The building shall be constructed at a separate site located in Edvard Griegs road 7-9 in the centre of Kolbotn. The area is subject to a development plan that shall provide guidelines in relation to right-of-way limits, sun conditions, heights, and so forth.
