Avinor AS (henceforth also referred to as the Contracting Authority) hereby invites to a tender contest for framework agreements with consultants for building and construction works. The disciplines include PL (Project management) and BL (Construction management).
The consultants can be engaged for assignments within various stages of a project. I.e. idea, control, preliminary project, detailed engineering design, engineering design management, contracting, following up during the construction period, hand-over, documentation and condition analyses.
