Oslo municipality's case handling system for municipal housing support (Sapo) must be replaced for technical reasons. New functionality shall be developed in Gobo, which in the long term shall be the municipality's general case handling system for social housing measures. Gobo was developed by Kantega AS after a notice in 2010 (Doffin 2010-107377 / TED 12262-2010). The expansion is in accordance with the signals that were given in the tender documentation.
Oslo municipality plans to announce an ordinary competition for maintenance and further development of the total system by the end of 2018.
