The objective of the procurement is to cover the requirement for assistance and training, if any, in connection with the wages and accounts the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) delivers to own activity as well as to the Norwegian Ministries The agreement shall meet the requirements for assistance related to transition between ledger accounts. The objective is to ensure that the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation's current accounting complies with the requirements that are at all-time prevailing in accordance with the Norwegian State's collective finance regulations.
