The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency wishes to be a leader within public property management to ensure optimal use of resources on behalf of the sector. Property management is generally a subject area that is developing rapidly both in the private and public sectors. We are keen to reflect this also in our development work. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency wishes therefore to cooperate with an advisor who can document the involvement and expertise associated with strategic property development with special focus on asset optimisation within the public sector.
