Holmenkollen National Biathlon Arena will be expanded for major events, including the World Biathlon Championships in 2016. Contract for expansion — stage 1 (130-BYM-2013).In connection with the expansion, the department has a need for construction managers. The department does not have sufficient in-house capacity, and the service must be procured.
The purpose of this procurement is to ensure sufficient capacity and expertise to ensure the managing the expansion project at Holmenkollen. This is achieved by acquiring external construction management expertise.
