Services shall include but not be limited to coaching and consulting services. These services will include: 1) Deployment and implementation of personality testing which represents the strengths and limitations of individuals into groups. 2) Coaching to create understanding of individual tendencies based on an individual's two primary personality groups for improved communications, understanding the needs of others, hazard identification and mitigation, forms of effective recognition, and enhanced teamwork. 3) Consultation and coaching services in workshops to train internal Company personnel in the implementation of the personality types tools and training described in 1 and 2. 4) Developing and maintaining materials that support and enhance Company's tenets of operational excellence and safety leadership. 5) Consultation services in the development and implementation of an online behavioral-based safety observation program used to record, track, and report upon safe and unsafe acts and conditions.
