Operation and maintenance of SCADA for Lyse Neo

The contracting authority is looking into possibilities for procuring services for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the SCADA system, as well as the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure at applicable locations/computer rooms. The contracting authority currently has two SCADA installations where both the systems are virtual servers that consist of 2 Citect, 1 Appserver, and 2 control clients. Both of the installations have the same Citect version and run on the same Windows platform. The contract includes: - Upgrading the SCADA system to the latest version of Aveva Plant - Upgrading the underlying IT infrastructure - Operation, maintenance, and further development of the IT and SCADA service - Design and commissioning of new installations in SCADA and changes to existing installations
