The contest concerns the procurement of premises for the Family House [Familiens hus]. Modum municipality wants to buy new premises for the Family House in Modum. The premises must be ready for use at takeover. The contest is subject to cancellation by the contracting authority, due to budget coverage and political approval, amongst other things. Furthermore, the contracting authority also reserves the right to obtain political approval during the procurement process. The tenderer will only be entitled to payment for the part of the assignment that has been completed at any given time. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
