Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a three-year contract for the provision of ICT support and computing facilities operations on the CERN Site. The services will include a 2nd level IT service desk providing expert support to end users on a wide range of topics, as well as the operations (e.g. installation and repairs of ICT equipment) in the CERN data center facilities.
