Statsbygg's property development and management department at the Culture and Ministry Sector (EKULT) wishes to enter into framework agreements for engineering designers - ARK, LARK, RIB, RIV and RIE - for royal properties in Oslo. In connection with this, a qualification round must be carried out for participants who may be interested in submitting tenders for:
1. Architect (ARK)
2. Landscape architect (LARK)
3. Consulting engineer, construction technique (RIB)
4. Consulting engineer, HVAC (RIV)
5. Consultant electro engineer (RIE)
One agreement will be entered into with one supplier for each discipline, for a total of 5 lots. Tenders may be submitted for one or more disciplines. The requests will be evaluated separately, and requests that require qualification for several disciplines cannot be granted.
A minimum of 5 suppliers will be invited to submit tender offers, provided that there is a sufficient number of qualified tenderers.
